• The solid model of each bit design can be analyzed, reviewed and modified before any manufacturing occurs.


• PDC cutter locations and nozzle hydraulic orientations are in 3D spatial coordinates


• The cutters’ work rates and load analyses are evaluated for each design.

• NewTech’s Force Balance Program analyzes and reduces the resultant side force of a bit cutting into rock at multiple torque values per weight on bit


• Force balanced designs drill round, precise holes without bit whirl


• The bit design including the solid model and 3D numeric data is transferred directly to our manufacturing system
